Isabelle Amiel

Isabelle is the Founding & Managing Partner of Sienna Venture Capital, which she established in partnership with Groupe Bruxelles Lambert (GBL). With nearly 30 years of experience in finance, including almost a decade leading tech investments with her current team, Isabelle has been instrumental in helping portfolio companies scale and become market leaders.

She began her career at Crédit Suisse in 1997, where she served as Head of the UHNWI (Ultra-High Net Worth Individuals and Single-Family Offices) department, advising clients on managing their private company portfolios. In 2014, she co-founded La Maison Partners, where she served as Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer for nearly a decade. During this time, Isabelle raised and managed five venture capital funds, overseeing over $500M in assets under management, and led more than 50 direct tech investments across Israel, Europe, the US, and Southeast Asia.

Isabelle has extensive experience as a board member, having served on numerous boards for many years, where she continues to provide strategic guidance to help companies grow from early-stage ventures into market leaders.
