Jacques Halpérin

Jacques joined the Sienna VC team as a Senior Advisor in 2024, where he focuses on fundraising for Sienna. He began his career in corporate finance at JP Morgan before moving to Lazard Frères, where he became a Senior Analyst. Later, at HSBC, he served as Managing Director and was involved in numerous mergers and acquisitions transactions. In 2002, Jacques founded Translink Corporate Finance, a firm specializing in corporate finance advisory services for the middle market, with over 250 experts in more than 30 countries worldwide. Over the past 20 years, he has executed various transactions across multiple industries and nearly all continents. His transaction experience spans the full spectrum of deal types (acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, alliances, restructurings) and sizes (from €5 million to €5 billion).

Jacques has deep expertise in several sectors, including automotive, retail, real estate, and IT. He also has direct experience in B2B services, as well as in the consumer and luxury industries.
